ABOUT THE BOARD
WACT is led by a 12-member Board of Directors, comprised of four officers and eight directors who each serve three-year terms as elected by WACT's dues-paying members. They are charged with leading the organization artistically, fiscally, and logistically. The Board of Directors oversee 11 committees and meet on the last Tuesday every month. In appreciation of contributions of time, talents, or resources a person may be named an Honorary Life Member by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. While Life Members don't have voting powers, Life Members of WACT contribute to the organization with their decades of service to the group.
